We've committed to achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, in line with the Paris Agreement goal of limiting global warming to 1.5°C.
As a fully remote company, our direct carbon footprint is low. Our primary emission sources are home working energy use, occasional UK business travel, and digital infrastructure. We have committed to the following near-term actions:
- Co-Founders to switch to 100% renewable home energy tariffs by end of 2026
- Rail-first travel policy: no domestic flights for business purposes
- Prefer cloud and SaaS providers with verified net zero or renewable energy commitments
- Extend working life of devices to a minimum of 5 years
- Complete an SME emissions baseline using the SME Climate Hub free tool by end of 2026
- Submit a commitment to the SBTi SME pathway by 2027
